He graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University with a master’s degree in engineering.From 2000 to 2006, he worked at the National Bureau of Domestic Trade Business Development Center. And  Since 2006, he has worked in China Automotive Logistics Association of CFLP, he has successively served as assistant secretary, deputy secretary general and secretary general, and concurrently served as secretary general of China Logistics Equipment Committee and Clothing Logistics Committee of CFLP. He has a deep understanding of automotive and clothing logistics and logistics equipment industry. And he also has unique insights in the understanding of logistics industry policies and standards, and the future development trend of the industry. He has always been committed to promoting the healthy development of logistics-related industries.
